Odro is a rural settlement at an altitude of 1,200-1,300 meters, on the slopes of the Pizzo Vogorno. Odro is between the village of Vogorno (at 500 meters) and the Bardüghè Alp at 1,600 meters.
You can reach Odro by means of a very steep but relatively easy hiking trail that snakes along the watershed that separates the Valle del Molino from the Valle della Porta , and passes by a number of small settlements (Colletta, Torlétt, Stavéll, Pidoo).
The settlement is very old, as can be seen by an interesting large rock featuring cup-shaped engravings in the centre of Ticc Zòtt, and by the dates on some of the buildings (17th and 18th centuries).
A few years ago, a small ethnographic museum was opened. There is also an agritourism farm that offers rooms and meals, which is an ideal form of environmentally sustainable tourism.
You can also reach Bardüghè by cableway car, which can transport up to 4 people and goods. The cableway is operated by the owner of the Odro agritourism farm.
