The Tenero Sports Centre’s goal is to promote sports, and to that end, it makes available a superb infrastructure, which is ideal for courses and events aimed at youngsters. Top-level athletes, GS groups, sports federations and associations, schools and other groups all make use of its facilities.

- team sports (Football, basket ball, volley ball, beach volleyball, handball, unihockey, skatehockey, water polo in the Olympic pool and baseball)
- indoor gym sports (6 gyms, 1 judo hall, table tennis hall and 4 squash courts)
- swimming and diving (1 Olympic swimming pool, 1 pool for non swimmers, 1 4-meter-dive diving pool)
- a covered winter swimming pool (open to the public)
- lake sports (Canoe-kayaking, windsurfing, surf-skiffing, sailing, surfbiking)
- bicycles (50 mountain bikes and 15 polo bikes), in-line skates (1 half pipe ramp, 1 rail slide)
- climbing (14 indoor courses of various degrees of difficulty and outdoor climbing)
- tennis (8 synthetic courts and 4 red clay courts)
- archery
- 2 weightlifting rooms
- Finnish track
